Microsoft Teams Room and Video Conferencing

In the newly renovated Conference Room, we installed a Microsoft Teams Room. The room functions with; an 85” display, a voice tracking/auto tracking camera, a digital ceiling microphone & speaker combination unit, and a 10” tabletop touch control panel. One button press to “Join” Teams meetings and all meeting controls via the 10” control panel. Since it is a Native Microsoft Teams Room, the system receives and features all the latest Microsoft updates for premium software, AI, and hardware system performance. In the newly renovated Breakroom, we installed a Microsoft Teams scheduling display for local presentations and digital signage messaging.
