The Big I team wanted to update their Board Room with technology and space renovations that would make their meetings more efficient and productive. We listened to their requirements and provided them with a Microsoft Teams Room system with dual 65” displays, a digital ceiling microphone with speaker array, and voice tracking AI camera operation. They use the Microsoft Teams Room technology for all their video and teleconferencing meetings. We were able to remove all their audio-video technology and associated wiring off the Board Room table (projector, conference phone, PC, wireless keyboard & mouse, etc.) and replace all that with a single control panel on the table. The team at Big I said their user adoption was immediate with no learning curve—the room operates just like a desktop workstation with dual monitors and a Microsoft Teams account. Big I also renovated their entire office suite with new furniture, wall and floor coverings. Their space is beautiful and welcoming. Thank you Big I and congrats on your renovations!
